Update: As of 05/14/2026 The Board of Commissioners have changed the delivery accounting method.

Starting 05/20/2026, there will be a delivery restriction of 1cfs per 70 ac.

 

No allotment will be given while the river is abundant, the control of quantity delivered will be by restriction set by the Commissioners depending on river flow.

 

Once the river drops below first appropriation and Midvale has to rely on Bull Lake Storage, the Commissioners will set a "Storage Allotment".
