Midvale Irrigation District is currently seeking to hire two team oriented individuals to complete our 2026 water season ditch riding team.   

Our goal is to ensure safe and effective water distribution to over 900 users project wide. 

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Communications with canal supervisors,  office staff, and water users to maintain effective record keeping and good working relationships with others. 
• Receive and process on and off water ticket orders from various locations.
• Deliver water, as ordered, to various locations within the proper time frame. 
• Remain on call throughout the week. 
•  Maintain Infrastructures.
• Work closely with farmers and water management entities.
• Must have the capability to lift at least 50 pounds, perform physical activities and the ability to work in all weather conditions. 
• Ability to read, write legibly and do basic math.
