Two Publications Added to Website
Tuesday, March 18, 2008
Midvale Irrigation District is pleased to announce the addition of two publications to its website.
The first, titled "Legal Aspects to Ditch Rights and Easements," is filled with information regarding the rights and responsibilities related to water supply and drainage ditches. The document is presented in an easy-to-read question and answer format.
The second document, titled "Living on Small Acreage in Wyoming - Irrigation" provides information to landowners regarding water rights and responsibilities, especially when those landowners share ditches and headgates with other individuals.
Both publications originate from the Wyoming State Engineer's Office in Cheyenne, and may be accessed on the Midvale website by clicking on "Publications" then "Miscellaneous publications" then select the publication that is to be viewed.
